Description

The hardest thing for Mankind is to take that journey within—in to the truth of who one is being in life. Then to utterly reject any ugliness in favor of all the beauty of who one is inside, and thereby, to return—transformed. For a Butterfly’s ugly pupa, change is the easiest and most natural thing. For Mankind, facing the ugliness—and changing—is the hardest. But the transformation?—That, is ALWAYS equally magnificent! Do YOU have the courage to walk a few steps on this man’s journey. To read this book and see where it takes you. If you liked books such as The Celestine Prophecy, The Spiritual Warrior, Conversations with God . . . you’ll love this book.

Having been a student of New Thought and spirituality for over 30 years, I have read a library of books and taken dozens of seminars and workshops. I’ve given talks on manifestation and discovering your potential and achieving your goals. As a practitioner of EFT and an intuitive, I work with clients one on one and in groups to help them realize their dreams or improve their health or to heal their past. This book puts some things in a different perspective than I have ever considered. Yes, it is about the spiritual laws of the Universe, which are a constant and regurgitated in hundreds of ways. This book is different.
It is Honesty at its core. The author shares his life story in this book, in details more real and intimate, than in any I have ever experienced. Some made me laugh or cry or, more often, feel the passion of his life and love. It’s not always a pretty picture that he paints with his words – some are down right gross – but it is always Real! As is life.
    Hats off!
    This is a great read!

Courage if the Butterfly The Poetry Version prepares the reader for life.
Poetic narration through the lifeline of a boy who wanted direction, comfort, secure upbringing and two supportive and loving parents. The poems are depicted from real life scenarios even though the author’s prologue reads fiction with some realities of experience. Melancholy Poetry fluttering through the phases of childhood and adulthood.
The profound meaning in the vocabulary reads through like a family member you want to reach out and hug, then take in to teach and learn from.

I recommend this book and other books on this author’s bookshelf as each book is designed for readers to connect with their families and to humanity in ways that have not been experienced previously. For me, I enveloped a stronger connection to my faith and how I interact with my family. I learned life is precious in ways that cannot be seen and yet heartfelt for someone to recognize one’s true potential.

    Spoiler-alert:
The terrors of childhood to the bravery of young adulthood and follows into manhood. The stages of life the author travelled through time deeping his belief system that people, especially parents cannot be counted on. Blessed to be adopted by a family, in his eyes, his mother never loved him. This poem was part of the early years and the struggles between finding purpose, friends, school and a childhood. A childhood with toys and colors was not part of this boy’s life. He doubted people’s trust and further doubted their motives.

Saddened me to experience the sorrow and dark eyes of someone clearly expecting life to be pure and selfless.

Find yourself inspired by the hopeful journey that will surely resonate with your connection between spirituality, family, career and the purpose of helping others.

In each poem there is a message, a moral. Happiness does follow in this book, just realize each experience, each road taken is another valuable set of skills and lessons which can not be forsaken to grow into the person you truly appreciate. Thank you.

I loved this book and looking forward to reading The Soul of an Eagle. Very thought provoking. Very descriptive on his life and the changes he has made for a better life. Made me realize a lot of things about my own life that could make it better. A must read.
